The CHF, partnering with Elim Care has taken on the  foundations largest project to date in building a residential hospice house in Wright County. View the video below as well as further information as we embark on the project to build the areas first residential hospice house.

Hospice is a philosophy of care that focuses on patient comfort and quality of life, rather than a cure, for adults of all ages facing terminal illness.  Hospice neither hastens nor postpones death; it affirms life and regards dying as a normal process.
