The Community Health Foundation of Wright County (CHF) has been championing health issues and wellness education in our local communities for over 25 years.

By implementing a wide range of health centered projects and initiatives throughout the county, the CHF carries out its mission of improving health and quality of life for the citizens of Wright County, Minnesota.
